Marsha Webster, Principal
Mrs. Webster is in her fifth year as the principal of East Middle School and previously filled the roles of principal of West Middle School and assistant principal at both West Middle School and Brownsburg Junior High School. Prior to coming to Brownsburg in the fall of 1995, she taught English at Fall Creek Valley Middle School in Lawrence Township and at Guion Creek Middle School in Pike Township. She grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Ben Davis High School. Mrs. Webster earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education at Clemson University in South Carolina and her master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Butler University. Mrs. Webster and her husband reside in Brownsburg and have two children and two dogs. Their daughter attends Ball State University, and their son is a student at Brownsburg High School.

Amber Schroering, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Amber Schroering is in her fifth year as the assistant principal of East Middle School. Prior to coming to Brownsburg in the fall of 2007, she was the director of the Noblesville High School Pacesetter Alternative School. Before moving into administration she taught science at Noblesville Middle School, Southridge Junior Senior High School in Huntingburg, IN and Fairfield Junior Senior High School in Goshen, IN. Mrs. Schroering earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education at the University of Evansville and her master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Ball State University. Mrs. Schroering and her husband have a two year old daughter and two kittens. They are expecting their second child in early March, 2012. When they are not working, the Schroerings enjoy running, biking, and swimming. Finally, despite a hundred year+ drought, Mrs. Schroering continues to devotedly cheer the Cubs on to victory.

Marc Gianfagna, Assistant Principal
Mr. Gianfagna is in his third year as dean/assistant principal of East Middle School. Prior to becoming an administrator, he taught 6th and 7th grade English for 10 years at Brownsburg East Middle School, Brownsburg West Middle School, and Brownsburg Junior High School. Mr. Gianfagna earned his bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education at Indiana University and his master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Butler University. Mr. Gianfagna and his wife have two daughters, a dog, and a cat. Their daughters attend White Lick Elementary School.

Dave Jessup, Administrator/Athletic Director
Mr. Jessup began his work as the athletic director of East Middle School in the 2010-2011 school year. Prior to coming to BEMS, he was a teacher and the certified athletic trainer at Brownsburg High School for nineteen years and then the assistant athletic director for two years. He is a native of Spiceland, Indiana and a graduate of Tri Jr.-Sr. High School. Mr. Jessup earned his Bachelor's degree with double majors in health education and athletic training at Ball State University. He then went on to serve as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he earned a Master's degree in exercise and health studies. Mr. Jessup also completed his second Master’s degree in educational administration and supervision at Ball State University. Dave’s wife, Kat, is the assistant superintendent of the Brownsburg Community School Corporation. They reside in Brownsburg and are the proud parents of their one daughter—Faye—who keeps them very busy with all of her activities.
