Marsha Webster, Principal
Mrs. Webster began her term as the principal of East Middle School in August of 2007 and previously filled the roles of principal of West Middle School and assistant principal at both West Middle School and Brownsburg Junior High School. Prior to coming to Brownsburg in the fall of 1995, she taught English at Fall Creek Valley Middle School in Lawrence Township and at Guion Creek Middle School in Pike Township. She grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Ben Davis High School. Mrs. Webster earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education at Clemson University in South Carolina and her master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Butler University. Mrs. Webster and her husband reside in Brownsburg and have two children and two dogs. Their daughter attends Ball State University, and their son is a student at Brownsburg High School.

Amber Schroering, Assistant Principal
In August of 2007, Mrs. Amber Schroering joined the East Middle School team as an assistant principal. Prior to coming to Brownsburg in the fall of 2007, she was the director of the Noblesville High School Pacesetter Alternative School. Before moving into administration she taught science at Noblesville Middle School, Southridge Junior Senior High School in Huntingburg, IN and Fairfield Junior Senior High School in Goshen, IN. Mrs. Schroering earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education at the University of Evansville and her master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision at Ball State University. Mrs. Schroering and her husband have two young daughters. When they are not working, the Schroerings enjoy running, biking, and swimming. Finally, despite a hundred year drought, Mrs. Schroering continues to devotedly cheer the Cubs on to victory.

Chris Renner, Assistant Principal
Mr. Renner joined the East Middle School administrative team in the fall of 2013. Prior to becoming
an administrator, he taught 7th and 8th grade social studies at Lynhurst 7th and 8th Grade Center
in Wayne Township. Mr. Renner earned his
bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education with a focus in Science and
Social Studies at Bowling Green State University and his master's degree in
Educational Leadership at Indiana University. Mr. Renner and his wife
have a son, a daughter, and two dogs. When not at work Mr. Renner enjoys
running, biking, and spending time with his family.

Bill Titus, Athletic Director/Health Teacher
Mr. Titus began his work as the athletic director of East
Middle School in July, 2014. Prior to joining the BEMS staff, he was the
director of Harris Academy/Brownsburg Learning Center for 8 years. His
34-year career includes 10 years in “non-traditional” education, 12 years as athletic director, and 12 years as a
special education teacher. He is a native of Logansport, Indiana – a former “Berry” and a graduate of
Logansport HS. Mr. Titus earned his Bachelor of Science degree in
physical education (with a business education minor) from Indiana University,
Bloomington and his Master of Science degree in education from IUPUI. Bill’s wife, Laura, is a 6th grade math teacher at Avon Intermediate
School East. They reside in Brownsburg and are the proud parents of three
grown children and a daughter-in-law - Ryan, Mark, and Jayne.
